Hi, I’m Ben Capper, and I believe true performance starts with consistency, mindset, and movement — not empty motivation.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve coached everyone from everyday individuals to elite athletes, running gyms, delivering group programs, and competing at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. I’ve seen firsthand how health and mindset shape every area of life, including how people show up at work.
Today, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned about structure, neuroscience, and sustainable performance and turned it into a system that helps teams thrive, not just individuals. Because when your people win, your business does too.
My Story
I started in the fitness industry young, working every role you can imagine: PT, massage therapist, group coach, gym manager, and eventually a gym owner. I saw people coming in looking for change, but what they really needed was a system that made healthy living and mental resilience a part of who they are.
Over time, I realised that helping one person at a time wasn’t enough. The real change happens when you transform teams — building a culture where health and resilience aren’t perks but foundations for performance.
That’s why I built Capper Coaching: to bring a proven, structured approach to businesses that want to create stronger, more focused, and energised teams. Because when employees are physically active, mentally resilient, and engaged, they don’t just feel better; they perform better.
